My name is Michele, and I’ve had the honor of being part of Hair Mechanix for seven fantastic years this July. Over my 32 years in the hair industry, I’ve never felt such a strong bond with my clients, whom I consider friends.
Connecting with everyone monthly is truly special; sometimes, we don’t see our families as often, and our clients and coworkers become our second family. I adore our shop, where we’ve worked hard to create a welcoming environment that feels like home rather than just a workplace.
One of our regular clients visits every week at the same time, and we all greet him with a warm welcome. He genuinely enjoys his time here! I even baked cookies for his birthday, and his heartfelt gratitude was truly touching.
